    Position: Commercial Disputes Lawyer

    Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)


    About the Role:


    LC Legal is proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s most nationally renowned law firms, based in Birmingham, who are looking to appoint a Commercial Disputes Lawyer.


    You will work on a varied range of commercial disputes and collaborate closely with Partners and senior colleagues both nationally and internationally.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Deliver excellent client service and build strong, trusted relationships.

    • Support senior lawyers on complex disputes across litigation, arbitration, and other forums.

    • Manage proceedings from initiation through to trial, including preparation of documents and evidence.

    • Liaise with witnesses, expert witnesses, and counsel as required.

    • Draft precise, concise legal documents and correspondence.

    • Handle a demanding caseload with a proactive approach and calmness under pressure.


    Candidate Requirements:


    • Qualified solicitor with relevant commercial disputes experience.

    • Experience in post-M&A disputes, professional negligence, and commercial contract disputes preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

    • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to case management.
