We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Graduate to join a leading aerospace and power generation manufacturer. Acting as a key support to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll gain exposure across engineering, production, quality, HR and operational functions.

Job Description
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and team leaders to support daily operations
- Get involved across different areas of the business including manufacturing, engineering, quality and HR
- Help improve processes and solve day-to-day production issues
- Support team leaders and shop floor staff with operational tasks
- Assist with admin tasks such as time and attendance, investigations and general coordination
- Help keep communication flowing between departments and support ongoing projects

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical preferred)
- Strong interest in manufacturing and operational environments
- Organised, adaptable and willing to learn across multiple business functions
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with shop floor and management teams
