Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lisburn (with regular UK / Ireland travel)
We are hiring for our client, a specialist interior and refurbishment contractor, who has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-end luxury projects in the hospitality, commercial, residential, and retail sectors. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Lisburn.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to grow within a people-orientated company. The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in managing projects, controlling costs, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The Role:
- Manage all aspects of project commercial activities
- Prepare documentation for sub-contractors to price, obtaining and reviewing quotes
- Review, analyse, negotiate, and procure sub-contract packages
- Control changes and variations, including site measurement and cost control reporting
- Build and enhance professional relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance and economic benefit through communication and technical support
- Work collaboratively to deliver projects on time and within budget
The Person:
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying
- Preferably experienced in fitout / main contractor
- Degree-level qualification preferred
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in IT, with a proactive attitude and strong time management skills
