AI Architect – Creative
We’re looking for an AI Architect – Creative to embed Generative AI directly into high-performance creative production workflows across video, static imagery, audio, and playable ads.
This role will design and productionise AI-powered pipelines using modern, local, open-source models. You’ll act as the Creative team’s AI specialist—driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring scalable, commercially impactful creative output.
What You’ll Do
- Champion an AI-first creative culture
- Build and optimise AI pipelines for image, video, audio, and playable content
- Lead hands-on work with diffusion models and tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111
- Develop reusable workflows and automation (e.g., n8n integrations)
- Train and upskill creatives through workshops and documentation
- Drive R&D into emerging models and experimental workflows
- Improve speed, performance, and cost-efficiency through AI adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Deep expertise in diffusion models and generative AI applications in production environments
- Proven ability to productionise AI tools from concept to deployment
- Strong documentation and process design discipline
- Confident communicator across technical and executive stakeholders
- Analytical, output-driven mindset with strong curiosity for emerging AI
