    This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role, working Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required during peak periods. The position offers an annual salary of up to £27,583.49, depending on skills and experience. It follows a hybrid working model, with four days in the office and one day working from home each week.


    Tasks and responsibilities:


    Working closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor the role holder will be responsible for:


    Key tasks:


    • Own service delivery and ensure SLAs are met
    • Support client needs and provide solutions
    • Monitor deliveries and analyse data for improvements
    • Communicate performance updates to clients
    • Liaise with carriers and coordinate ad hoc collections
    • Handle queries, support invoicing, and manage claims
    • Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed


    Profile:


    • Proactive, logical, analytical mindset
    • Able to work independently with strong ownership
    • Good IT skills, including Excel
    • Comfortable with JDA and Salesforce (training can be provided)
    • Adaptable to new technology
    • Logistics or transport experience highly preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and organisation
