How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About Us

Digital Reality Corp (DRC) is a spatial technology company that captures and publishes 3D information about real-world interiors on an industrial scale. Our technology is transforming industries by digitising the world’s interiors with new levels of accuracy, consistency, and insight.

Our product, Stak, offers commercial property professionals an all-in-one solution for creating precise, data-rich digital assets - from verified floorplans and CAD models to immersive virtual tours. Built on advanced 3D capture, machine learning, and automation, Stak delivers accurate, feature-rich outputs that power decision-making across real estate, construction, and asset management.

We have digitised more than 100,000 buildings, 250 million square feet, and $350 billion of real estate. We have staff in the UK, UAE, Singapore, and South Africa. We are backed by leading real estate companies including Grosvenor Property Group and Cushman and Wakefield.

DRC is a place for people who think big and want to create extraordinary things. Our culture values curiosity, craftsmanship, and collaboration - we’re constantly learning, evolving, and pushing boundaries to achieve our ambitious goals.

    Why Join Us?

This is a rare opportunity to join a technology business on the cusp of major scale. You’ll be at the centre of our commercial success in the UK - helping shape how we engage with the market, deliver value to clients, and build a category-defining platform for spatial intelligence and digital property insights.

    Role Overview:

The Digital Surveyor (DS) role involves capturing highly accurate spatial data of properties using industry-leading hardware and proprietary software.

In addition to fieldwork, the role includes processing survey data and producing detailed Stak Verified measured survey floorplans.

This is an attitude-first role. You don’t need prior surveying experience—we will train you fully in our London office. What matters most is your eagerness to learn, work ethic, curiosity, collaboration, and professionalism. If you are proactive, reliable, adaptable, and willing to travel for projects, we want to hear from you.

The position requires travel within London, across the UK, and potentially internationally. The Digital Surveyor represents the company’s brand, engages professionally with clients, and leverages cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality digital assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Capture accurate spatial data of properties using Leica laser scanning equipment, including BLK2GO, BLK360, and RTC.
    • Work independently on site to carry out detailed surveys, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and efficiency.
    • Process and register raw survey data into usable digital formats using industry-standard software.
    • Travel regularly within London, across the UK, and potentially internationally, sometimes for extended periods.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams, maintaining a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
    • Represent the company brand positively during site visits and client-facing interactions.
    • Maintain survey equipment and ensure all tools are used and stored correctly and safely.
    • Stay current with technological developments in digital surveying and contribute to improvements in survey workflows.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Right to work in the UK.
    • Eager to learn and quick to adapt to new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
    • Hardworking, reliable, and proactive in solving problems.
    • Collaborative and able to work well both independently and in a team.
    • Professional and presentable, able to represent the company and brand positively.
    • Willing and able to travel for projects across the UK and occasionally internationally.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
    • Valid UK driving licence.
    • Available to work from the London office when not on site (standard hours: 9:00 – 18:00).

Nice to Have (but not required)

    • Previous experience in land or building surveying.
    • Familiarity with survey data software such as Cyclone.

    What We Offer

    • Full training in the role, with clear career progression.
    • Exposure to cutting-edge technology in the spatial data space.
    • A collaborative and ambitious team culture.
    • Opportunities to travel and work on varied projects across the UK and internationally.

If you’re eager, ambitious, and excited to grow with a company that’s shaping the future of spatial intelligence, we want you on our team. APPLY today!
