Salary: £80,000-100,000
Location: Manchester – Hybrid working
Maxwell Bond have partnered with an organisation in the financial services sector, who have year on year growth, and are on the lookout for a Head of Product Delivery to join their team. This role sits at the heart of product led delivery, working in a fast-paced and sales led environment, driving delivery across multiple cross-functional products.
What You’ll Do as Head of Product Delivery:
- Drive delivery across the product departments based on priorities set by senior leaders, ensuring critical initiatives are delivered at speed and with clear commercial outcomes.
- Actively remove any blockers, challenge slow decision making and hold teams to high standards of pace and execution.
- Operate with a sales led mindset, balancing speed, quality and commercial impact, whilst building strong relationships with multiple departments.
What We’re Looking For as Head of Product Delivery:
- Proven experience working in a sales led environment, challenging timescales and demanding pace and commitment from teams.
- Strong product and delivery mindset, being confident in influencing, challenging and pushing teams to achieve outcomes.
- Ability to lead from the front, setting tempo for delivery and driving urgency.
