A leading national law firm are seeking an Associate to join their Personal Injury team in Birmingham. The team are consistently ranked in the top tier of the Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories.
Role
The team handle the defence of claims for healthcare providers with a particular focus on catastrophic injury claims. The team have been involved in many key cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
You will manage your own caseload of EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims of mainly Fast Track and low value Multi track cases as well as assisting on higher value and more complex claims.
It will be beneficial if you have experience in dealing with Human Rights and data breach cases.
Candidate
You will be a qualified lawyer with between 0-4 years PQE in Personal Injury law from a leading law firm. Ideally you will have experience acting for the defendant.
