Description:
The global HR Knowledge Management Specialist plays a key role in strengthening knowledge‑sharing practices and increasing engagement with HR content across the organisation. The position focuses on building and maintaining a single, reliable source of HR information, ensuring consistency across global teams while developing strong partnerships with local content owners. This role requires a strong communicator who can make information accessible, clear, and user‑focused, while overseeing document governance processes and ensuring standardisation of HR procedures.
Reworded Responsibilities
- Knowledge Management: Design, implement, and maintain structured knowledge systems to ensure HR information is accurate, current, and easy for employees to access.
- AI Integration: Co‑develop AI solutions within HR, with a focus on improving ticket deflection and enhancing knowledge management capabilities.
- HR Support: Partner with HR teams worldwide to standardise, create, and maintain documentation for processes, policies, and data, ensuring global consistency.
- User‑Centric Content: Develop communication and content strategies that prioritise employee needs, ensuring HR information is clear, relevant, and actionable.
- Communication & Accessibility: Translate complex HR policies and procedures into simple, understandable language that improves employee experience and comprehension.
- Document Governance: Review, validate, and upload global and local HR documents into designated management systems, ensuring all required metadata is captured. Oversee the review and approval workflow, maintain timelines, and act as the gatekeeper for the organisation’s central HR document repositories.
Requirements:
- Strong HR exposure ideally in life sciences or another highly regulated industry
- AI knowledge or skills is a big plus!
