Location: Nottingham/Birmingham - Hybrid
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively handle client and third-party calls, resolving queries and enhancing client service.
- Manage client reporting for volume accounts and build relationships with key clients.
- Execute online land registry applications and complete Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns.
- Maintain and update data rooms, manage key dates and delivery milestones.
- Ensure accurate time recording and assist with final billing and file closure processes.
- Maintain client and matter data within case and practice management systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate transactions and post-completion services.
- Proficiency in IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, professional, and flexible work approach.
