Post Completion Assistant / £25,000- £30,000
- Input and manage new instructions on the CMS system.
- Obtain and review title documentation from HM Land Registry.
- Conduct initial client welcome calls, complete fact-finding, and guide clients through the transaction process.
- Liaise with clients to confirm completion of matters.
- Handle all Land Registry-related requirements in connection with completed transactions.
- Provide clients with timely post-completion updates.
