An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join an established team in Brighton, working on a varied and technically interesting private client caseload.
This role offers the chance to further develop your expertise across wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and probate, while demonstrating your ability to handle complex client matters with clarity, empathy and professionalism. You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters, balancing technical rigour with a practical advisory approach.
You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers, supporting high‑quality client outcomes and contributing to the ongoing success of the department.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Advising on wills, trusts, estate planning, LPAs and probate
- Running matters independently while collaborating with the team
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Solid post‑qualification experience in private client work
- Confidence managing your own caseload
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, client‑focused approach
