Head of Real Estate – Leadership Role
Manchester | c.£150k package | Strategic, client-facing position within a FTSE250 business
If you’re a senior real estate lawyer who wants to step away from traditional law firm structures and into something more strategic, this could be worth a look.
This is a leadership appointment within the legal services arm of a FTSE250 financial services organisation. The role is Manchester-based and designed for someone operating at, or very close to, partner level who wants to build and lead a real estate offering with the backing of a substantial, established client base.
You’ll be working in a quasi in-house environment, advising a strong pipeline of commercial clients without the pressure of traditional law firm billing models. The focus is on delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice, developing relationships, and shaping the direction of the real estate function in the region.
The role offers a package in the region of £120k-£150k, along with a platform to build something meaningful, supported by an existing brand, infrastructure, and referral network.
You’ll likely be a partner, legal director, or senior associate ready for that next step, with strong commercial property experience and the confidence to lead client relationships.
If you’d be open to a confidential conversation, feel free to get in touch.
