    Role Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Stoke-On-Trent. The role involves developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting regular safety audits and inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also investigate incidents and recommend measures for prevention, deliver safety training, and provide expert guidance on occupational health and safety initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Occupational Health principles
    • Experience in Accident Investigation and providing detailed reports
    • Expertise in Safety Training and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) compliance
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills for promoting a culture of safety
    • Relevant certifications in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
    • Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations is a plus
