What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning the full recruitment lifecycle:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Business development and client acquisition
- Managing interviews and offers
- Negotiating salaries and placement fees
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working towards clear weekly and monthly sales targets
- Using modern recruitment tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- Becoming a specialist recruiter within a technical market
