Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails with care and professionalism
- Advising customers on appropriate products and services
- Logging queries and managing delivery tracking via Excel
- Supporting Dutch car dealerships with product navigation and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Fluent in DUTCH
- 1–year of customer care or sales admin experience in an office environment
- Based locally to Reading
