Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and screening
- Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Conducting initial candidate calls and qualification conversations
- Managing candidate data within the CRM
- Coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process
- Learning how to build and manage client relationships over time
Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Interest in recruitment, sales, or business development
Technical Skills:
- Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new systems and recruitment tools
- LinkedIn familiarity beneficial (training provided)
