    FIXRA is a rapidly growing e-commerce company specialising in car parts and DIY essentials. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and strong sales across multiple platforms, including website, Amazon and eBay.


    We’re a motivated, hard working team with a drive for success, and we’re looking for a Merchandiser to join our Product and Sourcing Team. If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and excited about driving results through data-driven planning and forecasting, we’d love to have you grow with us.


    As a Merchandiser, you’d play a key role in managing our product range, overseeing inventory management and ensuring smooth operations and transactions with our suppliers. You’ be supporting our team in sourcing, forecasting, supplier management, and maintaining optimal stock levels to support our business' development.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct accurate forecasting and support purchasing activities; placing purchase orders, maintaining our inventory management system and tracking supplier production
    • Generate and analyse detailed reports to guide and recommend purchasing strategies, delegating tasks and priorities to remote team members
    • Proactively manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for year-round and seasonal products
    • Develop and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to improve efficiency, profitability and performance
    • Identify product gaps and research new suppliers to expand the range, while maintaining high supplier quality of current lines.
    • Ensure products are in line with packaging requirements and regulatory compliance
    • Maintain clear, accurate records of orders, production progress, and supplier performance


    Who We’re Looking For

    • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships - negotiation skills are a plus
    • Highly organised, with excellent planning and multitasking abilities
    • Commercially aware and comfortable making data-driven decisions that benefit the business
    • Analytical and process-oriented thinker with strong numerical skills
    • A problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively in a timely manner
    • Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, understanding the importance of each step in the buying process is a must!


    Desirable Experience

    • Prior experience sourcing consumer goods directly from Asia
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ordering software

    Permanent / Full-Time Role

    Salary £38,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on experience
