Lettings Negotiator – Manchester / Leeds City Centre
£24,000 basic | Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for two top-class Lettings Negotiators to join a fast-growing, vibrant property brand working with high-quality, modern city-centre homes in Manchester and Leeds.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work with professional investors, premium stock, and a business that is ambitious, well-structured, and going places.
The role:
- Letting high-standard city-centre properties
- Working closely with investors and professional landlords
- Managing enquiries, viewings, offers, and move-ins
- Delivering an excellent customer experience, every time
Who we’re looking for:
- You’ll ideally already have experience in residential lettings/property or a similar role with transferable skills
- You’re motivated, organised, and commercially minded
- You want to be part of a modern, growing brand, not a corporate machine
- You thrive in a busy city-centre environment
