A leading regional law firm law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner, or senior lawyer ready to step up, to support the continued growth of its corporate offering in Manchester. With significant investment in its regional offices and a strong reputation, this is a rare opportunity to shape and expand the firm’s corporate offering in one of the UK’s most dynamic business markets.
The corporate team advises a diverse client base, including entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity investors, and established corporates. The work is high-quality and varied, covering:
- M&A transactions
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
- Corporate governance and general advisory matters
This role offers real influence: you will have the autonomy to grow your own practice while leveraging an existing client base, strong cross-referral networks, and the support of a progressive national leadership team. The Candidate
- England and Wales qualified solicitor.
- Experienced Corporate Solicitor, with Partner experience or ready to step into partnership
- Strong presence in the Northwest corporate market and/or a following to bring
- Proven transactional expertise with excellent commercial and technical skills
- Collaborative leader capable of mentoring and inspiring junior colleagues
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious mindset with a desire to play a central role in regional growth
