System Automation Specialist

We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation Manchester who are looking to bring in an Automation Specialist to help drive key projects forward, reduce manual processes, and ensure their core business systems are fully equipped to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain and enhance the organisations key business systems - Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise business processes
- Build and deploy solutions across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document and translate technical and function requirements
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver effective long-term solutions
- Contribute to system governance, best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Hands-on experience across the following products - CRM Systems (Dynamics 365 CRM preferable) ERP Systems and Power Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and improve business processes
- Confident approach to stakeholder management.
- Ability to document technical requirements clearly and effectively.
