We’re hiring a Planning & Reporting Lead — a pivotal role shaping how we plan, measure, and optimise MBNL’s Inspect & Maintain operating model.
What you’ll own
- The planning cadence and performance MI that underpin our maintenance strategy
- Trusted reporting, KPI validation, SLA governance, and supplier performance insight
- Predictive analytics to reduce reactive work, optimise cost, and improve network resilience
- Continuous improvement across quality, cost, and operational performance
What you’ll deliver
- Clear insight on maintenance plan adherence, risks, and emerging trends
- Data‑driven recommendations that improve supplier delivery and operational outcomes
- Automated dashboards, data quality controls, and a robust metric library
- Transparent SLA validation and fair KPI attribution across multiple suppliers
- Insight that feeds short‑, medium‑ and long‑term asset management planning
What you’ll bring
- Strong telecoms operations or maintenance background
- Expertise in performance MI/analytics, SLA frameworks, and supplier governance
- Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau, Excel/PowerQuery; SQL a bonus
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive supplier performance
- Experience in customer‑facing or managed‑service environments
