• £32,000 basic salary
• Commission typically £500 - £1,200 per month
• OTE circa £46,400
• All leads provided – warm, qualified enquiries

The role:
You’ll be advising clients on protection products, building trusted relationships and delivering a high-quality, compliant service. This is consultative – focused on understanding client needs and recommending the right cover, not cold calling.
What we’re looking for:
• CeMAP qualified (essential)
• Experience within financial services, mortgages or insurance
• Proven background in protection sales
• Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
• Motivated, professional and target-driven
