    The Team

    Our Business Recovery team helps companies when they go into difficulty, advising on the best solution for the company and running the full end-to- end recovery process.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in the administration of a varied caseload including liquidations, administrations, voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies.
    • Preparing case documentation, statutory reports and correspondence.
    • Communicating with directors, creditors and other stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner.
    • Assisting with investigations, asset realisations and distribution to creditors.
    • Ensuring all case files and records are accurate, complete and compliant with legislation and firm procedures.
    • Supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters as required.



    Skills/Experience Requirements:

    • 2 years experience working in a similar role
    • Good working knowledge of insolvency processes and legislation.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
    • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in Microsoft office and insolvency case management software (IPS/Cloud)
