This newly created role is the ideal opportunity for you to make your mark. My client is a Commercial Mortgage broker who work closely with clients across the UK to provide a range of products to enable commercial property development. They are looking to bolster their team by adding a junior Commercial Broker, you will be joining a small but successful team with a track record of delivering excellent high value solutions for clients. Training and support will be provided as will the opportunity to achieve excellent commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking business development of existing and new clients to identify new opportunities
- Research and present the best Commercial Mortgage solutions for a client’s needs
- Progressing existing Commercial Mortgage cases always providing excellent levels of service
- Strong networker Build professional and lasting relationships with lenders, developers, lawyers etc
What We Are Looking For:
- You will have previous experience working within financial services
- Highly numerate (a finance degree or other numeric qualification would be preferable i.e. Good Maths GCSE, A-level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients via phone, Teams and in person
- Tenacity, ambition, and resilience
- Self-motivated with an ability to work well within a tight-knit team but also on your own when required
