Buyer – Elland – £35,000 - £38,000
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting a global leading manufacturer who is looking to recruit a Buyer to join their team.
This key role will support manufacturing operations with a steady flow of raw materials and will work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams across the UK.

The role
- Sourcing and purchasing raw materials and components to meet production demand at the right cost and quality
- Managing purchase orders, supplier performance and delivery schedules
- Using sales and operational data to support forecasting and inventory planning
- Acting as a key SAP user, maintaining accurate master data
- Coordinating with customs agents and couriers to support import and export activity
- Working closely with production, warehouse, finance and quality teams
The person
- Previous experience in a purchasing role within manufacturing
- Experience using SAP
- Strong attention to detail with confidence working with data and forecasts
- Clear communication skills
