ABOUT YOU
Are you passionate about graphic design? Do you obsess over typography, layout and craft, but also understand scroll-stopping creative that actually drives results? If so, working as a Graphic Designer at My 1st Years could be for you!
As part of our wider creative team, you’ll be working across every customer touchpoint — from website and email to social and performance marketing. It’s fast-paced, varied, and hands-on, with plenty of opportunity to raise the bar and bring fresh ideas to life.
You’ll also take the lead in managing a small offshore design support team, helping you scale output day-to-day while keeping quality consistently high.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and roll out campaign creative across web, email, social & digital ads
- Turn briefs into polished design work — fast, accurate and on brand.
- Support marketing and web teams with varied design needs.
- Keep creative fresh by testing new ideas and staying on top of trends.
- Manage and quality-check output from a small offshore design team, keeping work on-brand and on-time.
- Stay ahead of trends and actively explore AI tools and innovations to improve speed, efficiency and creative output.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A sharp eye for layout, typography and detail
- Experience designing for digital channels (email/social/ads)
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and proud of your craft
- AI /After Effects/animation experience would be a bonus, but not essential.

- Full-time hybrid set up with 3 days on site (minimum) and 2 days from home
