Manpower Recruitment are looking for a Full Time Permanent, Commis Chef for an established restaurant based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire
This is a Full-Time role, working 5/7 days and would need flexibility to work Weekends, Evenings and Mornings
The role is paying £25560pa + Service Charge (up to £3000 per year)
- No Monday working as restaurant is closed
- Sunday lunchtime working only
- Allocated one extra evening off per week.
- Split Shifts required between shifts.
- Car parking on site
- Live in options available for a small fee
Overall Objective:
- To prepare, cook and serve meals that meet the standards set by the Head Chef.
- A Commis Chef assists a section chef, also known as a Chef de Partie. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Assisting with stock rotation/Cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
