Salary: £60,000–£65,000 DOE (PAYE or Contract options)

Location: Thames Water Sewage Treatment Works – LU7
Duration: 10 months with strong pipeline onto future schemes
Working Pattern: Predominantly site-based
We’re seeking an Assistant QS or QS with NEC contract experience and a background in RC / heavy civils works to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a live utilities scheme.
The Role:
• Support commercial management under NEC
• Cost control, forecasting & reporting
• Subcontractor management, valuations & variations
• Close collaboration with site delivery teams
About You:
• Experience within civils / infrastructure / utilities
• NEC knowledge essential
• Comfortable being mainly site-based
• Within reach of LU7 (Midlands catchment CV37 ideal)
