    Based in Lincoln (30% travel across EU required)


    We are hiring on behalf of Autrix.


    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Support various tasks for AGV/AMR products. Maintain the robotics showroom and test room to ensure they are state-of-the-art for product demonstrations, customer visits, and internal testing.

    2. Provide timely and effective solutions to Europe technical issues, leveraging the expertise of professional technical engineers to benefit our European clients.

    3. Ensure smooth product operation through proactive support and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to streamline technical support processes.

    4. Create product materials to enhance customer understanding and usability. Participate in the development of local European projects.

    Candidate Requirements:

    1. Educational Background: Open to all majors, but candidates with a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) background are preferred.

    2. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

    3. Work Schedule: Full-time interns are preferred, offering the opportunity to fully immerse in the role and gain comprehensive experience.
