You will drive a talented team of RF engineers, remain hands on undertaking RF circuitry/architecture design, and contribute to projects shaping product development.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
- Innovate & Design: Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
- Collaborate & Solve: Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.
Your Skills:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Extensive experience in RF design and development
- In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
- Demonstrable leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
