How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Paid Media Creative Strategist – Nest Commerce

    London (Hybrid)

    About Nest

Nest Commerce is one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance marketing agencies, built for ecommerce and retail brands. We partner with category-leading names such as Urban Outfitters, Reiss, Damson Madder, Crew Clothing and Hims, helping them scale sustainably through cutting-edge performance strategy and proprietary technology. Our in-house AI platform, Hummingbird, gives us an unmatched competitive edge by automating optimisation, generating creative at scale, and empowering our teams to deliver market-leading results. We’re founder-led, independent, and fiercely ambitious, with a culture that blends commercial impact with genuine care for our people.

We’re now looking for an ambitious Paid Media Creative Strategist to join Nest Studio, our in-house creative function. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping best-in-class paid media creative for some of the UK’s most exciting digital brands.

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will design and lead strategic workshops with senior client stakeholders, uncovering insight and setting the creative direction.
    • You will partner with clients to implement best-in-class creative processes across paid social and broader digital channels, and you will develop high-performing, platform-native ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, Google and Snap.
    • The role involves writing clear, compelling briefs for content creators and internal teams, as well as building scalable testing frameworks that continually refine creative output.
    • You will analyse performance data, heatmaps and platform insights to optimise creative strategies, working closely with media managers to translate data into effective creative solutions.
    • You will also act as the main creative contact for client communication, relationship management and presentations.

    Candidate Experience

    • We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced performance environment and brings experience in paid media creative
    • You should be a digital-native thinker with a portfolio that showcases Meta and TikTok-led work, and someone who understands paid-media best practice, trends, formats and platform nuances
    • You’ll need to be comfortable using on- and off-platform metrics as signals to guide creative decisions, and confident in communicating, presenting and collaborating with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
    • You should have a track record of developing performance-driven creative ideas that are native to Meta, TikTok and paid social channels, as well as experience turning data, analytics and testing insights into clear and actionable creative direction
    • The role also involves running workshops, facilitating discussions, influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple briefs across different clients while maintaining clarity, pace and organisation
    • You should be able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from persona development and audits through to briefing, testing and optimisation

    Company Benefits

Nest offers one of the strongest benefits packages in the performance marketing industry

    • We operate hybrid working with three days a week in our Kentish Town office, which is dog-friendly
    • The team enjoys weekly socials and Thursday learning sessions
    • After four years you will receive a six-week paid sabbatical, with the option to add a further six unpaid weeks
    • We offer a £50 monthly wellness allowance, a £10 lunch allowance twice per month, a £100 desk and chair allowance, and a £20 monthly internet allowance
    • Team members can work abroad for up to ten consecutive days per year
    • Holiday entitlement includes 25 days plus 8 bank holidays
    • We provide enhanced parental leave and fertility support, access to Techscheme and Cyclescheme, and one annual volunteering day alongside a £1,000 monthly charity donation
    • Our culture is driven by transparent, founder-led leadership and built on ownership, innovation, resilience and rapid problem-solving.

Due to a high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually. All candidates for this role are being managed exclusively by our recruitment partner, who will be in touch with those selected for the next stage of the process.
