    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Leadership

     

    • Create and Oversee the Project Team
    • Ensure full compliance with British Standards
    • Drive a strong EHS Culture and ensure zero harm
    • Drive Growth within the business and protect margin
    • Collaborate with the sales team to increase bid win rate
    • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Drive performance improvement initiatives across all operational functions.

     

    Operational Management

    • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Optimize resource allocation, supply chain management, and subcontractor performance.

    Financial Oversight

    • Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
    • Support commercial teams in contract negotiations and risk management.

    Team Development

    • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and operational staff.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Implement training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
    • Act as a key point of contact for operational queries and escalations.
    • Represent the company in industry forums and networking events.

      

    What We’re Looking For:

     

    Essential Qualifications & Experience

    • Full UK driving licence.
    • Previous experience in a fire compliance or fire detection design role.
    • Strong working knowledge of BS 5839, FIA standards, and BAFE schemes.
    • Experience in fire alarm system installation and commissioning.
    • Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
    • Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders at all levels.

     

    Preferred Skills

    • Prior experience in a Project leadership role.
    • Familiarity with security systems alongside fire systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power Automate.
    • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
    • Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth.
