As the Founding Growth Lead, you’re the person who builds and runs the entire growth engine. You’ll take charge of everything from virality and UGC momentum to paid performance, activation, retention and product‑led growth loops. You’ll be shaping the strategy directly with the founders and building the kind of systems that turn a fast‑growing product into a breakout one. This role suits someone who likes autonomy, moves quickly, and gets a buzz from seeing their work shift numbers in real time.
You’ll probably be someone who’s already run paid campaigns hands‑on (not through agencies), someone who understands creators and feels comfortable experimenting with content, formats and on‑camera work when needed. You know how distribution actually works because you’ve done it , whether that’s building an audience, running a channel, or producing content that consistently lands. If you’re into music or have even made some yourself, even better.
You think clearly, work fast, learn quickly and don’t take yourself too seriously. And you use AI tools naturally, not because they’re trendy but because they help you build smarter.
Salary for this role ranges from £50k–£80k, plus significant equity, and you’ll be working full‑time from their central London office with a small, talented team.
