    🌟 Hybrid Functional Assessor (PIP & WCA) – Oxford 🌟

    Are you a qualified healthcare professional looking for a career that blends clinical expertise with meaningful impact? Become a Functional Assessor, either supporting Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Work Capability Assessment (WCA) services — with a flexible hybrid working model based in Oxford.

    💼 Role: Functional Assessor – PIP & WCA

    📍 Location: Hybrid (Oxford-based)

    🕒 Employment Type:

    Full Time WCA + PIP Monday – Friday, No Weekends

    Part Time - PIP only (3 or 4 days a week but must commit to full time during training

    💰 Salary: £43,000 – £45,500 per annum

    This is a non-treatment role where you’ll use your clinical knowledge to assess individuals and produce clear, evidence-based reports that support fair and accurate decisions. Whether working from home or in the Oxford assessment centre, you’ll be part of a supportive team making a real difference.

    Your Requirements

    • A nurse, OT, Paramedic or Physiotherapist who is working primarily in-patient facing roles dealing with a wide range of clinical conditions. Minimum of 1 year working experience or above. Computer or IT skills are a distinct advantage. Typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 35 words per minute. The client group requires clinicians who are highly literate, have attention to detail and can display highly adaptable communication skills.
