Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for keeping buildings in top condition? We are looking for a versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join a dynamic team in London. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across our portfolio, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do
- Perform general building maintenance and repair works, including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, plastering, tiling, and roof repairs.
- Undertake refurbishment works on new and existing projects as required.
- Install, repair, and maintain kitchens, windows, fire doors, and associated frameworks.
- Install and repair toilets, taps, showers, and kitchen sinks, including washing machines.
- Replace extractor fans, lighting, and perform basic electrical fault-finding.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, ensuring PPE is worn and all work is compliant with company policies.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and building occupants.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to complete jobs as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience completing building fabric and maintenance works to a high standard.
- Strong practical skills across multiple trades.
- Good communication skills and confidence interacting with a wide range of people.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Professional, presentable, reliable, and punctual.
- Flexible attitude and alignment with company values.
- Fluency in English.
- SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential.
