    Clinical Lead – Newcastle upon Tyne (NE3 3EE)

    £21.30 per hour | 45 hours per week

    (2 days supernumerary)


    Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for leadership and delivering outstanding care? We’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join our client's team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

    As Clinical Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager, leading the nursing team, and ensuring high standards of clinical care are consistently maintained. You’ll be a role model for best practice, providing guidance, supervision, and mentoring to the care team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support the nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
    • Take a proactive role in care planning and clinical governance
    • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff
    • Act as a point of clinical expertise within the home


    About You:

    • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
    • Proven experience in a senior nursing role within a care home or similar setting
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Passionate about providing exceptional care to older people
    • A confident decision-maker and problem-solver
