You’ll move, think, and engage in ways that bring together fitness, focus, and futuristic innovation.What You’ll DoUse VR headsets and gloves to control high-tech robotics with precisionConvert human motion into robotic action—your movements shape how robots learnPerform structured, repeatable tasks that support the development of advanced AI modelsStay fully immersed using live video feeds, depth cues, and system feedbackEngage in active, full-body motion: bending, squatting, reaching, standing, and sitting during VR sessions, includes walking outside VRHandle and transport robot batteries (25–30 lbs) to keep daily operations running smoothlyPrep and calibrate robot workstations to ensure smooth handoff between operatorsMeet daily quotas and quality benchmarks with accuracy and consistencySpot issues like tracking drift, unusual robot behavior, or hardware problemsRecord session details, observations, and anomalies in tracking toolsOrganize, validate, label, and upload high-quality robotics dataTrack configuration changes in software, hardware, and environment setupsPerform basic system checks—sensor alignment, connectivity, calibrationCommunicate technical issues clearly to engineering teamsFollow safety guidelines, ergonomic best practices, and equipment protocolsContinuously learn through training and support improvement initiativesCollaborate closely with teammates to raise performance and data quality

You'll stay physically engaged throughout the day with tasks that involve light lifting, switching between sitting and standing, and moving around VR workstations.Work in Immersive VR—Every DayIf VR excites you, you’ll love this job. You’ll spend significant time operating robots inside virtual environments using high-end VR headsets designed for comfort and precision. Prior VR experience is helpful but not required—many of our best operators come from gaming or tech-curious backgrounds.
    Required Qualifications● Comfortable using VR headsets for extended periods (VR or gaming experience is a strong plus!)● Physically active and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing repetitive movements● Able to stay focused and effective in alternating sitting/standing VR sessions● Able to perform non VR sessions including walking, picking up objects, moving with objects● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows● Comfortable operating robotic hardware and technical equipment● Reliable, punctual, and task-focused in a performance-driven environment● Authorized to work in the United Kingdom
    Preferred (Not Required)● Enthusiasm for robotics, gaming, VR, or emerging tech● Experience with data collection, labeling, or operational workflows● Academic or hobbyist interest in computing, engineering, or applied technology● Prior VR usage (full training provided!)
