    Position: Band 6/7 Paediatric Occupational Therapist in Hampshire, UK

    Salary: £35 per hour, Outside IR35

    Contract: Rolling long-term contract

We are seeking a skilled professional who can join our dedicated team on a rolling long-term contract. Offering up to full-time, flexible hours, and a competitive pay rate of £35 per hour, this role allows you to make a genuine difference in children's lives while enjoying the perks of locum work. Ideally, candidates will reside in Hampshire or be willing to relocate. Administrative tasks can be handled from home, though during the 3-month probation period more frequent visits to the clinic will be required for training purposes.

    - Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills using standardized and informal tools.

    - Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented therapy plans tailored to each child's developmental needs and family priorities.

    - Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various settings, including clinic, home, school, or community, to support engagement in daily activities.

    - Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals to provide holistic support.

    - Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and case notes, ensuring adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
