    Job description

    Clinical Psychologist - (Neuro/Rehab)

    £53,040 per annum (pro rata)

    3 days per week

    On site working - Northamptonshire, UK

    Fully funded career development and training


    Essential:

    • A completed Doctorate in Clinical or Applied Psychology (or equivalent qualification recognised by the British Psychological Society).
    • Registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
    • Experience working with individuals presenting with complex psychological and neurological needs.
    • Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation and intervention planning.
    • Competence in risk assessment and risk management processes.
    • Experience delivering a range of therapeutic approaches and an understanding of different psychological models.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Deliver specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention within a defined service area.
    • Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated and effective care pathways.
    • Support service users to actively engage in their rehabilitation and treatment plans.
    • Contribute to team development through training, consultation and reflective practice.
    • Participate in service improvement projects and the development of new ways of working.
    • Liaise with external professionals and agencies to strengthen integrated care pathways.
    • Provide supervision to junior psychology staff.
