Role Overview
The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising on-site electrical activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site electrical works including installation, cabling, testing, and commissioning
- Coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project documentation, standards, and regulations
- Monitor quality, progress, and site safety
- Liaise with project management, engineering, and HSE teams
- Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Resolve technical and site-related electrical issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role
- Strong background in industrial or renewable energy electrical installations
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and electrical standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
