One of our Lincolnshire Clients are on the lookout for a Band 8a Pharmacist to join their escalation ward team during the critical winter pressure period. This is a high-impact locum opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist to step in and make a real difference.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Experience in hospital clinical pharmacy services
- Desirable: Frailty/HCOP experience, prescribing qualifications
- Systems Used: Allocate and EMIS
🧭 What to Expect:
- Local Induction: Week one includes systems training and caseload overview
- Training: Full access to local induction resources
- Interview Slots: Flexible scheduling
- CV Feedback: Within 24 hours of submission
This role is unlikely to extend beyond March 2026, but it offers a unique chance to contribute meaningfully during a time of heightened need. You’ll be working under the guidance of Pharmacy Manager, with accommodation support and a streamlined onboarding process.
