Strategic priorities are clear, governance enables faster decision‑making rather than creating bureaucracy, and leaders have complete visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. Regional teams are prepared before every major release because adoption and implementation readiness are built into the delivery process from the start.
The Transformation Office has evolved into a scalable capability with consistent governance, methodology, tools, and ways of working that support strategic transformation across the organization, with Product & Technology at its core.
The opportunityThis role is at the heart of HeadFirst's Global Transformation Office.
Your top priority is to coordinate the Product & Technology transformation portfolio, aligning business priorities, product roadmaps, delivery teams, regional implementation, and measurable business outcomes into a single, integrated transformation approach.
As the Transformation Office matures, you'll help expand these capabilities to support strategic transformation initiatives throughout the organization.
In addition, you'll help build the Transformation Office itself by developing scalable governance, portfolio management practices, methodologies, and tools that will support future strategic initiatives across HeadFirst.
This is more than just a traditional Program Manager or PMO role. You'll help shape how transformation is prioritized, governed, executed, and adopted across the organization.
What You'll Be Responsible For- Oversee the Product & Technology Transformation portfolio while helping to establish portfolio management capabilities that can support strategic initiatives across HeadFirst.
- Align business priorities, product roadmaps, delivery planning, regional implementation, and measurable business value.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve portfolio governance, decision‑making forums, prioritization processes, and executive reporting.
- Drive portfolio visibility through RAID management, dependency management, delivery oversight, and value tracking.
- Build alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, regional leadership, and other business stakeholders as the transformation expands.
- Establish implementation readiness and adoption capabilities, including communications, training, regional readiness, and feedback mechanisms, as appropriate.
- Help establish scalable Transformation Office methodologies, standards, governance, and best practices.
- Improve portfolio management through AI, automation, and modern delivery tools.
You combine strategic thinking with exceptional discipline in execution. You know how to create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while keeping diverse teams aligned around shared goals.
Nice to have- Prosci, ADKAR, PRINCE2, MSP, or comparable certifications.
- Experience applying AI to portfolio management, governance, or workflow optimization.
- Experience working within complex international or matrix organizations.
You'll help shape how a leading global service provider drives transformation.
Working directly with senior leaders across Product, Technology, and the broader business, you'll help shape priorities, governance, delivery, and organizational adoption. While your initial focus will be on Product and Technology, you'll help build a Transformation Office capable of supporting strategic change throughout the organization.

Here’s what we offer you- Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per yearbased on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.

We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full‑time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.

- Extensive experience leading complex international transformation portfolios or enterprise‑wide transformation programs.
- Extensive experience within a PMO or Transformation Office.
- Experience in designing governance frameworks, executive reporting, and portfolio visibility.
- A solid understanding of product and technology organizations and delivery environments.
- Proven experience in aligning senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience in fostering organizational adoption, implementation readiness, and change capabilities.
- Strong program control practices, including RAID management, dependency management, and governance.
- Experience with enterprise portfolio management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar.
