What will you do?
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are the vital commercial engine driving customer relationships, lead qualification, and revenue growth across assigned accounts. You manage the full pursuit cycle—from inbound inquiry to high-value order closure.
• Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with key accounts and technical decision-makers • Qualify inbound technical leads, analyze buying criteria, and translate complex needs into winning proposals
• Prepare quotations, commercial responses, and bills of materials tailored to customer requirements • Close orders within your delegated authority and manage terms & conditions with internal teams
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Project teams to deliver seamless solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), pipeline forecasts, and market intelligence

What do we expect from you?
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or 2+ years of technical/commercial inside sales experience
• Strong commercial acumen with a win-win negotiation mindset and problem-solving drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch or additional languages are a plus)
• High degree of personal discipline, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic computer literacy
• Living within commuting distance of the Regio Diemen
