Assembly Mechanic – High-Tech Maritime Machinery

For an innovative high-tech engineering company, we are looking for an Assembly Mechanic with a passion for technology, mechanics, and machine building.
You will work on advanced maritime machinery and motion systems designed to recreate real-world vessel movements and operating conditions. These highly engineered systems combine precision mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and advanced motion technology.
Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to build complete machines from assembly through testing.
What will you do?
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical systems
- Build complete machines from technical drawings
- Install, align, and adjust components
- Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and motion systems
- Perform quality inspections and testing
- Troubleshoot and solve assembly issues
- Work closely with engineers and technicians
What do we ask?
- MBO 4 or HBO in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Engineering, Industrial automation, or similar
- Experience with mechanical assembly, machine building, maritime, automotive, or industrial equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus
- Able to read technical drawings
- Hands-on mentality and strong technical interest
- Good communication skills in English
