Are you the hands-on maintenance professional who keeps production running?
For our technical department, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician. In this role, you ensure that our machines are always ready to operate and that your colleagues can rely on you at all times. You will work in a day shift or 2-shift system within a dynamic production environment.
No two days are the same. You are the technical hero who keeps everything running smoothly.
Your role
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the technical reliability and availability of all machines and installations during your shift. You play a key role in both daily operations and continuous improvement of the production process.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the technical availability of machines and installations during your shift
- Performing both preventive maintenance and fast troubleshooting of breakdowns
- Supporting operators and ensuring machines return to optimal performance quickly
- Switching between a wide variety of tasks, from fault finding to inspections
- Identifying and implementing technical improvements
- Actively contributing to preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
What you bring
- MBO working and thinking level, preferably with experience in a production environment
- Strong electrical knowledge (mechanical knowledge is a plus)
- Structured working style with the ability to maintain overview in a dynamic environment
- Able to organize tasks efficiently and work in a goal-oriented manner
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language
- A proactive mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
