We are looking for an Assembly Technician who enjoys working with complex food-grade machinery, assembling, aligning, and fine-tuning precision systems.
Your responsibilities
- Assemble, adjust, and test high-tech food processing machines
- Work from mechanical drawings, schematics, and detailed assembly instructions
- Install components such as gearboxes, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic units
- Detect and resolve mechanical issues in cooperation with engineering and quality teams
- Safely handle heavy and precise components using lifting equipment and workshop tooling
- Support commissioning, factory acceptance tests, and start-up at customer sites
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assembly techniques and product quality

Your profile
- MBO+ in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology
- Experience in food processing machinery, cacao/chocolate equipment, or industrial machine assembly
- Strong mechanical insight; knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus
- Comfortable working with tight tolerances and precision components
- Hands-on, quality-focused, and takes responsibility for complex assemblies
- Good command of English or Dutch
