Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support across various jurisdictions
Specialize in corporate/M&A, banking & finance, or construction law
Manage and advise on legal matters within the company
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and legal accuracy
Handle multiple legal tasks and projects simultaneously
Requirements:
7+ years of work experience as an attorney at law in one of the bigger law firms
Or 5+ years as an attorney at law combined with 2+ years as a legal counsel in our industry
Experience gained within a top-tier law firm or leading multinational company
Expertise in corporate/M&A or banking & finance, construction law
Eager to learn and advise about legal matters in other jurisdictions
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
