Cycle Count Employee - Hoofddorp

As a cycle count employee, you ensure that the recorded inventory in the system matches the physical stock on the warehouse shelves. You start your workday at 08:00 with a handheld scanner and your assigned count lists. During your rounds, you inspect storage locations, count items, and detect discrepancies immediately. You enter the gathered count data accurately into the warehouse system and Microsoft Excel, providing the logistics team with reliable data.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily physical stock counts across different warehouse locations
• Identifying, investigating, and logging inventory discrepancies
• Entering count results accurately into computer systems and Microsoft Excel
• Verifying whether products are stored at the correct shelf locations
• Coordinating stock adjustments with the supervisor and the administrative team

Requirements

• Good command of the English language
• Comfortable working with computers, preferably with Microsoft Excel or WMS software
• A structured work approach with strong attention to detail
• Available full-time from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
• Previous experience in logistics or inventory control is an advantage
