Forklift Driver & Cargo Splitter

In this role as a forklift driver and cargo splitter in Hoofddorp, you handle the physical flow of goods inside the warehouse. You begin your shift at 09:30 by unloading freight and staging pallets in the designated sorting areas. Throughout the day, you separate combined shipments, count every package precisely, and apply the correct destination barcodes. Your shift concludes at 18:00 after confirming that all numbers match the manifests and the floor is organized. You will work via Staffice on-site at our client.

Responsibilities

• Operating the forklift to stage and transport pallets
• Sorting and splitting mixed freight shipments
• Applying destination and routing labels to packages
• Performing accurate parcel counts per shipment
• Verifying cargo quantities against incoming delivery notes
• Reporting discrepancies in package counts immediately

Requirements

• Valid certification for operating a forklift
• Strong numerical awareness and counting ability
• Sufficient proficiency in English to communicate on the floor
• Full-time availability from Monday through Friday, 09:30 to 18:00
• Reliability and precision in handling warehouse goods
